Dan Woods is president of CMC Printing and Graphics and Collegiate Marketing Concepts. Dan worked in the higher education arena for 30 years. Dan advises business customers on all facets of marketing.

Frank Shortall is vice president and operations manager of CMC Printing and Graphics and Collegiate Marketing Concepts. Frank oversees all aspects of the printing process including scheduling, supplies, prepress and quality control. He also handles all data management issues.

John Shoop is a sales representative. John will help you find the best method and strategy for your marketing efforts whether it is a direct mail or email campaign.

Sandra Ryder is an account manager. She will handle all of the details of your printing job from estimating to production. Sandra will facilitate additional services you may need - from selecting paper stock or ink colors to writing and graphic design.

Ken Harris is operational support manager. Ken oversees the “finishing” aspects of your job, including folding, collating and inserting customized direct mail and ensuring the accuracy of data.

Kevin Cheney is graphic specialist. Kevin produces artwork and prepares files for press. Kevin will work with you to create a unique design that enhances your message and supports your organization’s identity.

Cyndi Woods is special projects coordinator. She has worked for 10 years coordinating printing and graphic design services and planning special projects for colleges, businesses and individuals. As a former English teacher, Cyndi can assist in editing or proofing your materials.

Joyce Gates is customer service representative. Previously, she served as a press operator. Her experience on both sides of the job gives her a better understanding of the printing process.

Our press operators have more than 120 years of combined experience in the printing industry. They are very knowledgeable about inks and paper stocks. They always make sure the presses are running smoothly.
